We want to attract the customer who is not looking for 'supercenter' quality jewelry, that can be so easily available on and off-line today. We also think, there is a middle class, the majority of customers, who are interestingly overlooked in the generic store.

Most websites will try to be the cheapest, sacrificing all that makes you want to by a beautiful piece of jewelry. We think that nice photography and digital graphics enhancing will not make a low quality cheap item suddenly become a stunning piece. We believe that most customers understand that quality jewelry still costs money and be happy to pay a fair price for an exquisite item.

We will still work very hard to be competitive on pricing. We are doing this by organizing our inventory in a special way and buy using very sophisticated fulfillment systems. We are trying to cut costs on everything except your jewelry.
